Now a days whenever you go to a doctor 95% of them will have below behaviour...
1. They will describe your disease as very complicated, complex and bring fear in your mind, so that you blindly follow them. (Mind game.. when in doubt take second openion.)
2. They will ask for N number of irrelevant tests also, and prescription of many different medicines, most of which may not be necessary for your actual ailment. Because they are paid by different medical companies so they owe their favour to these companies so they prescribe all unwanted unnecessary medicines to you. (Too many medicines for simple ailments... Don't buy medicine for for second doctor...)
3. If you will notice, the same doctor in an interval of 2-3 months will prescribe same medicine (say calcium, vitamin, or even PCM) but different companies, why? Because now it's the new company paying him for their medicine. ( This is not the right doctor for you)
We went to Sachin Sir because my wife got diagnosed with TB (we blame it on her covid vaccination, debatable but true), so we were in panic and surprised, in his first consultation he explained us this disease and it's all abouts in such a way that we mentally felt very relaxed.
Whatever test he asked for was to the point and meaningful, he advised us to come after 30 days or 45 days..
(He could have easily asked for a weekly visit to get more fee from us like other doctors in market).
At one point of time the TB symptoms were on peak, and this was a time where any other doctors could have easily made lot of money by asking us to go for diffrent tests or other means. He refered us to have a visit to second doctor (surgeon), a single visit, and things became normal with time.
And in each visit he explained the improvement in very polite manner, that make us mentally comfortable.
His only request starting from first day, was not to skip the medicine which we strictly followed, and in 6 months the report was 99% ok, we completed the course of 9 months and then thanked him a lot.
So if you are in Delhi or nearby and don't want to go for sarkaari ilaaj.. he is the best Pulmonologist in market (Delhi), for any respiratory disease, tuberculosis , chest disease etc.. Dr. Sachin Baliyan is the best doctor.
Remember more than the treatment you need mental peace so that you will respond well to the medicine.
